Underbust
Measure directly below your bust, where your bra band sits. Keep the tape snug.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Let the tape rest gently, without squeezing.
Hips
Stand with your feet together. Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Wear an unpadded bra, or no bra. Keep the tape level and breathe out naturally.

Use cm or inches in the guide above. Round to the nearest whole number in cm.
