To use it, log in at checkout with the email you used for your order (we send a one-time code); your credit appears as a payment option. Spend it in one go or over several orders.

Item condition & hygiene
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all original components. Use the original packaging where possible.
Keep the hygiene sticker intact. Items with a removed or damaged sticker cannot be returned or exchanged. Try items on over your own underwear.
Sets and bundles
You may return part of a set or bundle. Items you keep are recalculated at their individual prices, and we adjust your refund.
Faulty items
Email returns@moxysmuse.com before returning a faulty or damaged item. Approved claims are replaced or refunded at no cost.

International shipping
We currently ship within the European Union.
Shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom opens soon. Import duties and taxes will be calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees on delivery.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping from €150 within the EU.
Below €150: €4.95 for the Netherlands and Belgium, €5.95 for Germany, €9.95 for the rest of the EU.
